Yes, I need advance notice to book a room or decide a conducive location for walk-and-talk therapy, under good weather conditions.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, your strengths, and any challenges you are currently facing. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Together, we will explore how therapy can best support your needs and determine whether we are a good fit. 

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches based on your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences, and I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Visit the project page to see my work.
